The provider will deliver comprehensive neurosurgical care encompassing cranial and spine procedures within a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center environment. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative team structure, advanced surgical technologies, and robust administrative support.

Comprehensive Stroke Center designation with cutting-edge technology including Stealth Navigation, a dedicated Neuro suite, and a biplane suite
Group structure: 2 Neurosurgeons + 1 APP
Sierra Campus: 306-bed facility with 12 OR suites, hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, dedicated Neuro suite, biplane, and Stealth Navigation
Access to a full four-campus hospital network, the largest in the El Paso region
Centralized billing, coding, and collections support
In-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
Responsibilities:
Perform general neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures
Cover 2 facilities located approximately 2 miles apart
Practice primarily at Sierra Campus with option to expand call coverage and grow across additional campuses

Fellowship training required
