PAY: $16 - $20

Job Requirements: Set up and operate a CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form sheet metal components Perform machine set-up, including selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and backstop adjustments Adjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensions Conduct multiple set-ups per shift for both short and long production runs Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part accuracy Make routine equipment checks and ensure proper machine maintenance Troubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues as neededCTR Group has been a leader in its industry for over 30 years and is rated highly on Google, Indeed and Facebook for being a great company to work for.
