Job Description Job Description Executive Chef & Culinary Leadership Opportunities Washington, DC $85,000-$100,000+ Benefits Capital Restaurant Resources is currently seeking talented culinary professionals for multiple leadership opportunities throughout Washington, DC.We are working with several established restaurant groups and exciting concepts looking for experienced chefs who bring strong kitchen leadership, creativity, consistency, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What We're Looking For:
  • Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, and other culinary leadership experience
  • Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-development skills
  • Experience managing food quality, consistency, labor, inventory, and food costs
  • Ability to operate successfully in a professional, high-volume kitchen
  • Creativity and an interest in contributing to menu development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compensation & Opportunities:$85,000-$100,000+, depending on experience and position
