What You’ll Do:
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for A&F roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across Accounting and Finance (from Staff to CFO level), and related functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database
- Provide a high‑touch, positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Track activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals to support team success
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation insights, and competitive activity within the A&F space
What We’re Looking For:
- Accounting or finance experience (public, private, audit, tax, FP&A - all welcome).Otherwise, 1-5+ years of recruiting experience in A&F, or similar professional experience
- Proven ability to manage a fast‑paced desk with multiple open requisitions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal partners
- A proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, metrics‑driven environment
- Ability to work hybrid in our New York City, Melville/Long Island, or Morristown office (3-4 days onsite)
