Job Description: Join Our Force as a Mechanical Assembler! Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? Mega Force Staffing is looking for a Mechanical Assembler with at least 1 year of mechanical experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and take pride in building quality products.
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Measure, align, fit, and secure mechanical components
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical assembly issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Work effectively as part of a team while meeting production goals
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of mechanical experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Dependable and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • You should be proficient in:
  • Hydraulics Experience
  • Diesel Engine Systems
  • Industrial Electrical Experience
  • Mechanical Assembly SkillsDiesel & Heavy Equipment Systems
  • Hydraulic Systems & Components
  • Equipment Repair & Maintenance
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Machines & technologies you'll use:
