Key Requirements: 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experience Strong hands-on Payroll Configuration – elements, deductions, eligibility, balances, payment methods and payroll structures Deep understanding of payroll processing, gross-to-net, YTD balances, retroactive processing, Quick Pay, pre-payments, costing and GLStrong Fast Formula development and troubleshooting Hands-on HDL/HSDL experience, including reversing/retracting committed HDL loads and correcting/reloading payroll data Experience customizing seeded payroll flow patterns and troubleshooting payroll flowsHCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher
