About the Role: The Franchise Operations Coach connects what Headquarters teaches with what happens in the field. Ask thoughtful questions, identify underlying issues, and communicate directly. Build repeatable systems and resources that strengthen franchise support. Facilitate group coaching calls with practical tools, actionable takeaways, and proven practices from top-performing locations. Track commitments and performance between reviews; escalate concerns to Operations leadership with context and recommendations. Onboarding and Launch Support Guide new Franchise Partners through onboarding, presale, and launch with group calls and individual coaching during this initial phase. Prepare operators for opening through sales guidance, team readiness, and operational Launch Training. Improve launch curriculum with HQ and transition new partners into the ongoing QBR and group coaching model. Training and Operational Consistency Facilitate IRON-U and targeted on-site operational training alongside HQ leaders. Develop SOPs, onboarding and offboarding tools, and training resources that address recurring operational gaps. Improve Learning Management System content to support consistent field execution. National Promotions and System Rollouts Coordinate operational guidance for national promotions, challenges, and rollouts, defining responsibilities and timelines. Gather field feedback to improve adoption and execution. Field Support and HQ Collaboration Resolve operational support tickets with HQ and develop targeted action plans for locations needing additional support. Document QBRs, commitments, training needs, and performance; keep Operations leadership informed of progress and risks. Use technology and AI tools to improve reporting, resources, and support efficiency.
