Senior Telecom Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design and engineer robust telecommunications infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability and high availability. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of network hardware and transmission systems. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain detailed network designs, schematics, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, and external vendors, on infrastructure projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the infrastructure team.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure engineering. Extensive knowledge of fiber optic technologies, DWDM, microwave radio, and IP networking. Proven experience in project management and leading complex infrastructure deployments. Proficiency in network design tools and simulation software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
