About the Role: As part of our dynamic team you will provide one-on-one reading intervention, build rapport and strong working relationships with your students, provide tailored support, and foster a nurturing learning environment. We use a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. Specialized training will be provided for all tutors, no previous training in dyslexia required, but previous teaching experience or experience working with children in a professional setting is highly preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Required Skills: Passionate about the students and helping them reach their full potential. Patient and caring in working with students. Reliable. Professional and enthusiastic when communicating with all clients. Eager to learn new things and help others succeed. Strong reading, writing, and spelling skills. Experienced at working with school-aged children, ideally in a tutoring or educational setting.

Preferred Skills: This position is ideal for working professionals looking for an additional job, or retired educators who still want to empower students. Pay range and compensation package Part-time, between 10-20 hours per week. After school hours Immediate hire. Schedule is flexible and can be tailored to your needs. Monday-Thursday.
