Food & Beverage Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations during shifts Provide coverage for staff breaks on the kitchen line and behind the bar Monitor and enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards Observe customer service interactions and step in to support or resolve issues as needed Assist the team during peak service times and high-volume rushes Perform general cleaning, stocking, and inventory support Support staff relations and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Help maintain a strong, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture Coordinate with the business partner to ensure smooth pace of play and excellent service for golfers Supervise events and ensure smooth execution of service Assist with outing and catering events, including setup and teardown Participate in outing preparation, including setups and execution support Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and on time by staff Assist with dish pit support to maintain operational flow and cleanliness Respond to operational needs as they arise
