Responsibilities & Scope of WorkDraft, review, and negotiate complex commercial loan documentation.
Provide business-focused recommendations to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Manage outside counsel engagements and act as a liaison for senior leadership.
Monitor evolving legal requirements and advise management on emerging trends.
Collaborate across business units to ensure operational compliance and ethical standards.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation Range:
