Remote Clinician Onboarding Strategist

Advocate Health seeks an onboarding professional to guide newly hired physicians through transition, credentialing, and orientation across markets. You will collaborate with licensing, credentialing specialists, and operations to ensure start dates are met and clinicians feel supported. This remote, day-shift role requires 2–4 years in healthcare admin, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and onboarding tools. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.
