Pay:
$79,550.00 - $85,450.00 per year
$50.00 per load fee paid in addition to per mile fee paidAbout the Company:

What You Will Do:
Drive a Class A flatbed truck to deliver products acrossArizona and California.
Make sure every load is safely strapped, secured, and ready for the road.
Inspect your truck and trailer to keep everything running safely.
Follow delivery routes and get products where they need to go on time.
Keep simple and accurate driving records.
Work with customers and teammates to make deliveries smooth and successful.
Load, unload, and position your truck safely.
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns right away.
Be a professional ambassador for the company wherever you go.
Pitch in with other transportation-related tasks when needed.
Work Full Time; May include weekends and some overnights depending on route schedules.
What You Bring to the Table:
A valid Class A CDL.
At least 2 years of flatbed and OTR driving experience.
A safe driving record and commitment to following the rules of the road.
The ability to pass a DOT drug screen and meet driver qualifications.
Confidence using GPS, ELDs, and other driver technology.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good time-management skills and a dependable work ethic.
The ability to think on your feet and handle changing road or weather conditions.
A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience hauling packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products.
Experience driving flatbed routes across multiple states.
Basic truck and trailer maintenance knowledge.
Familiarity with routes throughout the Southwest.
Forklift or warehouse experience.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Strap and tarp load as needed
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills:
Proven work experience as a truck driver
Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, ELD, CB etc.)
Ability to professionally maximize the number of miles driven per day in accordance with FMCSA regulations
Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
No recent moving or driving violations
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
Valid truck driving license
Work Experience Preferred: Two or more years OTR Truck Driver experienceRequirements:
