Senior BSA/AML Compliance & Risk Lead

Bluevine is a leading small business banking platform in the U.S., seeking a seasoned BSA/AML leader to drive the second-line testing and risk oversight. You will design a risk-based annual testing plan, govern policy updates, and provide SME support on Enhanced Due Diligence and regulatory expectations. You will coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, oversee offshore testing teams, and deliver metrics to senior leadership.
