Remote Medical Science Liaison - CNS/Neurology Launch Leader

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities in CNS/neurology. This role is remote with travel up to 60–80% to engage investigators and providers, educate on disease state and emerging data, and prepare sites for launch. You will translate clinical data into actionable insights, work cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams, and shape field strategy in a fast-moving launch
