Director of College Counseling & Academic Guidance

St. Michael’s Prep in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Director of College and Academic Counseling to lead the college admissions program and support students from 9th through graduation in a cohort-looping model. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Head of Upper School and coordinates with Academic Deans to implement a forward-thinking advising framework across PK–12 formation, preparing students for higher education and virtuous leadership in a Catholic preparatory setting.
