Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages-Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service-Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner-Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations-Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails-Adhere to health and legal standards-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience-Comply with all food and beverage regulations-Knows and can easily talk about Coati mission and values
Requirements:
  • World-class customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Craft cocktail experience is required and must be demonstrated
  • Handles money responsibly and accurately
  • Can stand or work on feet for entire shift, squat and bend
  • Effective time management
  • Can read and follow recipes
  • Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 21+ years old
