Lead Mitigation Technician - Water and Fire Restoration

Location: Greer, SC - Rytech of the Upstate Bring your restoration knowledge to a leadership position. Rytech Restoration is seeking a motivated technician who can lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful outcomes for restoration projects.

Job Responsibilities: Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation jobs and fire clean up Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans Set up, inspect, and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers (drying equipment) Perform demolition and structural drying tasks Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings Provide consistent support for team members Maintain job quality

Required Qualifications: WRT Certification required A clean driver's license 2+ years of experience with water and fire restoration Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to independently run jobs Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our dedicated team and build a rewarding career!
