Founding CEO — AI Data Platform for Benefits

FutureSight in Seattle is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture serving the $20B+ employee benefits ecosystem across brokers, MGAs, and mid-market employers. You will win customers, shape pricing, build the MVP with our product/engineering pod, and lead the seed round while hiring and setting the cultural foundation. This is a full-time, equity-forward leadership role.
