Position Overview: Master Butler Collection has been retained to identify a Butler Manager for an ultra-luxury hotel environment in the Middle East. This is a senior operational role responsible for leading the Butler division across premium suites, villas and private residences within the property. The appointment requires a professional who can unify personalised guest experience, structured operational systems and disciplined team leadership. The Butler Household Manager is both custodian of service standards and strategic operator. Scope of Leadership Lead and manage Presidential, Royal and Villa Butlers Develop structured shift coverage including night operations Ensure seamless pre-arrival, in-house and departure guest journey Maintain consistency across multiple suite categories Guest Experience Governance Oversee VIP arrivals and protocol-sensitive stays Strengthen emotional connection touchpoints Review guest intelligence systems and reporting Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&BOperational Discipline Design and implement Butler SOPsConduct structured daily briefings and shift handovers Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback Maintain Forbes and LQA standard alignment Team Development Mentor junior Butlers and Apprentices Conduct training and coaching sessions Build leadership bench strength Support succession planning within the division Commercial & Brand Alignment Protect brand positioning through service excellence Identify opportunities for elevated in-suite revenue Ensure discretion with high-profile clientele
