Lead/Senior Tax Manager

Excelli Search, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to own the income tax function, lead the tax provision process for financial reporting, and oversee return preparation with external preparers and internal staff. You will coach a team of tax accountants and drive process improvements, controls, and service levels. Responsibilities include leading the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision, coordinating federal and state filings, addressing notices, and collaborating with auditors.
