Requirements:
- Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Must hold an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for South Carolina.
- Ability to commute reliably to Liberty, SC or relocate prior to starting employment.
- Entry-level candidates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral examinations for patients from children to adults.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, dental care, and preventive strategies.
Accurately take, develop, and interpret dental X-rays following stringent safety protocols.
Properly document treatment plans, progress notes, and other important health information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Work closely with dentists and other team members to coordinate comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
Contribute to pediatric dentistry services by ensuring gentle, positive interactions with young patients.
Stay current with the latest dental hygiene advancements and integrate new best practices.
Assist in ancillary office and clinical tasks as needed.
