Welder/Fabricator – MIG/TIGIndustrial Heat Exchangers | Day Shift, Half-Day Fridays | $20 – $30/hr DOE
Job Type:
Full-time | Work Location: In person, Oostburg, WIOur team designs and builds industrial heat exchangers, and we need a skilled Welder/Fabricator to help build them. You'll do quality MIG and TIG work on equipment built to strict specifications, including ASME pressure vessel work. You'll work with a team that takes pride in what it builds and supports each other's growth. We have openings for all experience levels, from recent welding-school graduates to experienced ASME welders. Your starting pay is based on your experience and certifications (see the pay table below).
Schedule:
Every Friday Ends at 10:00 AM• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM• Full-time: 40 paid hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch Monday – Thursday)• Paid break: 15-minute paid break every day Every weekend starts Friday morning, so you get real time for family, hobbies, and rest. Starting Pay / Experience Level$20.00/hr.= Entry level – welding school/program completed, no work experience needed$21.00 – $23.00/hr = Less than 2 years of proven MIG/TIG experience$24.00 – $27.99/hr = 2+ years of MIG/TIG experience$28.00 – $30.00/hr = 5+ years of experience, welding certifications, and proven ASME experience What You'll Do• MIG and TIG weld in all positions on industrial heat exchanger components, meeting specifications and quality standards• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and written and verbal instructions• Work with fabricators, engineers, and quality staff to build it right the first time• Follow safety procedures and help keep the shop clean and safe What We're Looking For• Required: Completed a welding program or have hands-on MIG/TIG welding experience• Required: Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions• Preferred: TIG welding experience on ASME pressure vessels• Preferred: Fabrication experience• Preferred: Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME Section IX)• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work• Able to work independently and as part of a team Tools & Gear – Welders are required to supply their own welding helmet and standard trade tools, We've Got the rest Covered· PPE providedo face shields, gloves, welding jackets, sleeves, specialty PPE· Non-standard/specialty tools provided. *Welders should have their toolbox stocked with daily use tools· Annual allowance for safety boots and prescription safety glasses Benefits• Company paid Employee Health, dental, and vision insurance• HRA on qualifying Health plan• Health savings account (HSA) w/ qualifying health plan and dependent care flexible spending account (FSA)• Access to Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability through Aflac• 401(k) with company match up to 4%• Paid time off• Career development program and professional development assistance• Employee assistance program (EAP)

Working Conditions:
This job is performed in an active fabrication and welding shop. The essential functions require the ability to:• Lift, carry, and position materials weighing 30 – 60 lbs on a regular basis; heavier items are moved with cranes, hoists, or team lifts• Stand and walk for most of the shift on concrete floors• Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead; hold awkward positions for out-of-position welding• Use hand and power tools (grinders, saws, drills) with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Close vision and depth perception to perform and inspect welds, with or without correction• Wear required PPE for the full shift, including welding helmet, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, flame-resistant clothing, and safety-toe boots, respirator use as required
Working conditions include:
• Heat from welding, cutting, and preheating, and seasonal shop temperatures• Loud noise from grinding, cutting, and fabrication equipment (hearing protection provided and required)• Welding fumes, smoke, and gases (ventilation and PPE provided)• Arc flash/UV light, sparks, spatter, hot metal, sharp edges, and metal dust• Working near moving equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts Reasonable accommodations may be made so that individuals with disabilities can perform the essential functions.
