Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill an FP&A Manager job in Plano, TX. This CONTRACT hire job is available with one of our key customers in the technology industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support while partnering with executive and operational leaders. In order to be successful in this position, you must have eight plus years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience along with strong financial modeling and business partnering skills. Preference will be given to someone with IFRS familiarity and experience leveraging AI and automation in financial reporting.
FP&A Manager Job responsibilities:
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive performance reviews.
Provide insights on revenue, profitability, cash flow, and key business drivers.
Lead workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, labor cost analysis, and organizational modeling.
Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations, and establish KPIs and dashboards.
Drive process improvement and reporting automation, and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Eight plus years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with ERP, BI, and FP&A platforms
- Strong command of US GAAP; IFRS a plus
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders
This contract FP&A Manager job is based in Plano, TX. Contractors working through Aquinas Consulting are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, medical indemnity coverage, a 401(k) plan, and biweekly direct deposit pay. Contract roles do not include PTO unless required by applicable state laws.
