Director of Sales Training & Onboarding

Job Squad Florida seeks a Director of Training to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of sales training and continuing education for the Human Health division. You will onboard new hires, mentor nesting sellers, and supervise sales teams through data-driven coaching.
