Senior Project Manager - Fort Lauderdale, Florida A leading national self-perform construction contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee concrete and related trade packages on large-scale commercial construction projects. Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, labor planning, and resource allocation Manage estimating, forecasting, procurement, and change orders Coordinate with clients, field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Oversee submittals, RFIs, document control, and project accounting Resolve constructability issues and monitor field progress Maintain safety, quality, and contractual standards Travel to support projects as needed Strong project-management experience in large commercial construction Concrete, structural shell, or self-perform trade experience preferred Experience managing labor, project financials, estimating, and procurement Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and takeoff software Hands-on approach and willingness to support multiple project functions Competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career-growth opportunities are available.
