Key responsibilities:
Assist homeowners in finding solutions for their window issues by following a structured methodology
Reconnect with previous customers to encourage them to reconsider Renewal by Andersen services
Provide an exceptional phone experience to all customers, regardless of their decisionRequired qualificationsMinimum of two years inside sales or call center experience
Proven ability to overcome objections and negotiate positive outcomes
Experience working with diverse groups of people
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred
