Product Analyst

Contract Length: 12 Months The Product Analyst is a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization. This individual partners with Product Leaders, Business Stakeholders, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions supporting SPS products and services. Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and prioritization skills.
