Beacon Program Director: TK-5 Youth & School Partnerships

Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco — George Washington Carver Elementary School is looking for a Beacon Director to provide strategic leadership, operations oversight, and vision for school-day support and after-school enrichment at TK-5th grade. You will work with SFUSD, families, and partners to integrate academic, socio-emotional, and behavioral supports. The role supervises the Assistant Beacon Director and a team of Program Leaders, ensuring high-quality programming and compliance.
