Associate General Counsel, IPP Division

Aggreko in Stamford, CT seeks an Associate General Counsel for the Aggreko IPP Division. You will be the primary legal partner to the IPP leadership, providing strategic legal support across North American IPP operations, and collaborating with commercial, finance, operations and project management teams. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating PPAs, EPCs, NDAs, land leases, MOUs, and tender documents, as well as managing project financing and tax equity structures.
