Hybrid Controller — Lead Finance & GAAP Excellence

American Pest is seeking a Controller to own day-to-day accounting operations and lead a team, ensuring accurate financial reporting. This hybrid role is based in Columbia, MD, with three days at HQ and two days remote. You will partner with the VP of Finance to close books, strengthen controls, and scale accounting practices as the business grows. A bachelor's in accounting and 5+ years accrual accounting are required; CPA is preferred.
