Head of CDD & KYC, Americas — Strategic Leader

Adyen is seeking a strategic Head of Customer Due Diligence, Americas, to lead a team of managers and analysts across the region. You will oversee onboarding and ongoing reviews, shaping CDD strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering scalable, risk-aware solutions. You will collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Product, and Legal to drive change management, improve processes, and support regional growth in the Americas.
