Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans consistent with physician referrals. Implement and adjust treatment protocols for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual. Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate healing, enhance function, and manage pain. Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, therapeutic options, and the recovery process to foster understanding and compliance. Utilize evidence-based practices to analyze patient outcomes and refine treatment plans to achieve optimal results. Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Engage in a collaborative workflow with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and recovery objectives. Achieve and maintain minimum productivity metrics while contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the facility. Patient Population / Client FocusThe patient demographic at Powerback Physio Healer LLC is diverse, encompassing individuals across various age groups and clinical presentations. Our focus includes orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries and traumatic injuries, child patients needing developmental support, as well as those suffering from neurological conditions and sports-related injuries. This variety allows our physical therapists to develop a broad skill set and engage in continuous learning.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Active State License in Physical Therapy in Florida. Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on patient education. Technological proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health records and treatment planning software. Ability to establish and foster strong relationships with patients and their families, guiding them towards achieving functional goals.

Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, candidates with experience in interdisciplinary settings or specialized practices, such as sports medicine or pediatric therapy, will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation models and a history of performance-based achievements are advantageous for aspiring candidates.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings between USD 100,000 and 120,000 yearly.
