- Year 1: $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission on every deal you close
- Full-time W-2 employee with benefits (not a contractor role)
- As many warm leads as you can call
- Daily sales training provided On-target earnings for closers in this role:
- Year 1: $100,000–$150,000
- Year 2: $150,000–$200,000
- Year 3: $250,000–$300,000
- 3+ years: $400,000+OTE assumes you hit target. Commission depends on your results and isn't guaranteed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Call, manage, and close warm leads for high-ticket products: 10X events, real estate events, and business events
- Run product presentations and show the value clearly
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, and beat your monthly targets
- Keep every interaction and deal stage up to date in the CRM
- Sharpen your skills daily through ongoing sales trainingWHAT YOU BRING
- 1+ year of proven sales experience; high-ticket or phone closing is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- A track record of meeting or beating quota
- A self-motivated, coachable, 10X mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportationSCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–6:00 PM, on-site in Aventura, FL
