Constituent Services Director

Position Summary: As one of a team of several staffers in an active senate office, this position will handle the following office tasks: Manage the office's constituent relations in a highly educated, active district. Respond efficiently to incoming casework inquiries. Extensive writing and editing of letters, op eds, and other external facing communications. Staffing and preparing the senator for committees, meetings, and events. Engaging in the office's district and outreach work. Working collaboratively with other staff to further Senator Roys' policy goals. Supervise and direct the office's legislative interns. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced work environment and maintain a sense of humor. Strong organizational skills, initiative, project management, and follow-through. Desire to serve the public and advance Democratic policies.
