Simulation & Robot Learning Engineer - Build Robotic Systems

Maxwell Bond is seeking a hands-on Member of Technical Staff specializing in simulation and robot learning. You will build high-fidelity simulation environments, train policies, and bridge sim-to-real gaps on real factory robotics platforms. You will work across reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and diffusion-based approaches, collaborating with controls, perception, and software teams to deliver reliable robotic behaviors on physical hardware.
