Recruitment Consultant – Financial Technology

What you’ll be doing: Headhunting high-caliber technology professionals across the USBuilding relationships with senior candidates in financial technology Managing candidates throughout interview and offer processes Learning the trading technology market and becoming a genuine specialist Working closely with experienced recruiters on active searches with established clients Regular trips to New York and Chicago to meet clients and develop relationships You don’t need previous financial services experience. We’re looking for someone ambitious, confident communicating with senior professionals, naturally curious and motivated by building a successful career in a high-value market. A successful placement can generate $15,000+ in individual commission, meaning there is significant earning potential for high performers. As you develop your market knowledge, there will also be the opportunity to progress beyond candidate generation, develop your own client relationships and ultimately build your own desk.
