Soni Resources Group is partnering with a footwear company to source a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis, with potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of recruiting experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, retail, consumer products, or recruiter agency backgrounds, with a strong track record in eCommerce and digital hiring. Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing
