Maintain Clean Work Areas: Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas neat and sanitary. Wipe down counters, sinks, and workstations regularly. Follow Health and Safety Standards: Use cleaning chemicals properly, follow safety protocols, and uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines. Take Out Trash: Empty kitchen garbage bins, clean trash cans, and replace liners as needed. Support Kitchen Team: Assist with light prep tasks and help restock supplies such as napkins, trays, and utensils. Check Equipment: Monitor dishwashing equipment, report issues, and ensure machines are stocked with soap and sanitizer. End-of-Day Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks at closing, including mopping floors, cleaning drains, and wiping down walls and equipment.
