Product Manager: Retirement Forms & Strategy

Security Benefit is seeking a Product Manager to own the product direction for annuity and retirement plan forms, defining the 6–9 month roadmaps and managing a cross-disciplinary backlog. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate regulatory and customer needs into Initiatives and Epics. The role requires 2–4 years of PM experience in life insurance or retirement operations, with Agile experience and strong communication skills.
