Software Developer
Angular Developer A little about this gig Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join their technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on full lifecycle application development within a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of critical software applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end expertise, with additional experience in Java and/or AWS considered a significant plus. This position is available in Cincinnati, OH (onsite at a downtown office location near Fountain Square), Frisco, TX, or the organization's IT Hub in Farmington Hills, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle application development, from concept through deployment
- Design, code, and debug applications across various software languages
- Conduct software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, and software review
- Perform identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis
- Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) principles
- Conduct software modeling and simulation
- Design front-end graphical user interfaces
- Perform software testing and quality assurance
- Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability enhancements, and automation
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality
- Integrate software with existing systems and platforms
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for potential implementation
- Maintain compliance with organizational and industry standards
- Implement localization or globalization features within software products
The ideal candidate:
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular development
- Experience with Java and/or AWS strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle application development
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and analysis (OOA/OOD)
- Experience in software modeling, simulation, and front-end GUI design
- Background in software testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning
- Experience integrating software with existing enterprise systems
- Familiarity with evaluating and implementing new technologies
- Knowledge of software localization/globalization practices
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
