Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Starbucks Coffee Company in Nashville is seeking a senior real estate portfolio analyst to optimize the performance of our real estate portfolio and support strategic decisions across lease negotiations, capital planning, and portfolio strategy. You will analyze portfolio metrics, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Onsite collaboration four days a week is encouraged and expected.
