Customer Service Representative - Victor Stanley

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Work with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products. Quote prices and other bid specifications. Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as business development strategies and marketing information. Follow up on orders and quotes. Other duties as assigned.

Must have excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to deal with others in a professional manner. Attention to detail is essential. Time management with a strong sense of urgency and motivation required. Computer SkillsDemonstrates proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
