Continuing Education Credit Coordinator The Continuing Education Credit Coordinator position is a contracted position through June 30, 2027. This position will report to the Primary Prevention Coordinator in the Office of Primary Prevention. This position will help the office and department establish Continuing Education Unit protocols for trainings and professional development opportunities sponsored by the Tennessee Department of Health. This position will maintain relationships with established CEU providers and will submit applications on behalf of various TDH based departments offering trainings and professional development opportunities. This position will assess the opportunity for TDH to become an accredited provider for various healthcare related CEU opportunities in the state of Tennessee. This position is funded through the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG). This funding is intended to strengthen the U.S. public health infrastructure, workforce, and data systems.
