We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with advanced manufacturing tools, and a commitment to maintaining precision standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering superior products through expert machine operation and quality control. Train on 1st shift and go to 2nd shift
Duties:
Support all safety programs and promote a safe working environment. Support the 5s, Quality and continuous improvement programs through participation and performance. Operate machines, follow work instructions, standard operating procedures and all documented work instructions. Meet and improve operation run and set-up times. Perform in process quality inspections to ensure product meets customer specifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly, fabrication, or minor repairs. Knowledge of quality control procedures utilizing precision measuring instruments. Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and packaging operations. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to production specifications. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
