Command Center Training Lead - Readiness & Curriculum

Aurora is seeking a Program Manager, Training Development: Command Center to own the end-to-end Command Center training portfolio, including onboarding, refresher, remediation and train-the-trainer programs for Remote Assist, Mission Control, Dispatchers and Command Center Leads. Report to Senior Director of Training, Learning & Culture. You will direct instructional developers, define design standards, ensure SOP alignment, and partner with leadership to translate software changes into
