Powersports Sales Consultant

What You'll Do: Greet customers and help determine which products best fit their needs Learn our powersports product lines and confidently explain features and options Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale Maintain accurate customer and sales information Work with our sales and finance teams to provide a great buying experience Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and new products

What We're Looking For: Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with people Motivated by goals and earning potential Dependable with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable using computers, email, text, and customer-management systems Willing and excited to learn about powersports products Previous sales experience is a plus, but not requiredA genuine interest in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or watercraft is a big plus Why Mad City Power Sports? Compensation & Earning Potential Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential Our average salesperson earns approximately $60,000 per year$800 semi-monthly draw against commissions Earnings are performance-based — the more you sell, the more you earn Full commission structure will be explained during the interview
