Benefits and Compensation: Commercial Lines Client Service Agent Full Time: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Provide both individual and team support to the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers within assigned responsibilities. Maintain a strong understanding of Agency programs and systems.
Qualifications: Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona and in good standing. Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a service team. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe/PDF tools, carrier websites, and agency technology platforms. Applied Epic experience preferred. Continuous learning orientation and commitment to insurance knowledge and service quality. Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and time management skills. Professionalism in communication, confidentiality, judgment, and treatment of others.
Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day service requirements for assigned clients within designated authority. Follow Commercial Lines processing standards, agency procedures, and department workflows. Complete online rating for renewals and endorsements when assigned. Order endorsements and follow through on carrier responses, documentation, and client delivery. Quality check endorsements and deliver to clients. Invoice agency-bill endorsements and audits as directed by the Account Manager. Review audits and request carrier corrections as needed. Assist with loss runs, audits, endorsement issues, billing questions, and carrier service items. Perform initial policy checks and send policies to insureds. Process binders and summaries of insurance in Applied Epic. Gather renewal updates and update ACORD applications and schedules in Epic at the direction of the Account Manager. Assist with policy documents, cancellations, reinstatements, non-pay notices, workflow queues, and document management. Assist Account Managers and Producers with proposal preparation. Maintain Epic activity records and imaging procedures. Support Account Executives and Producers as required. Utilize approved agency tools including TAG24/CSR24, Zywave, Docu Sign, Reference Connect, Indio, carrier portals, Teams, and Share Point. Assist with training, team coverage, coaching, and operational support during absences or workload peaks. Perform other duties as assigned.
