Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote & High-Impact Hiring

Vantora is seeking a Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to build world-class product, engineering, data, design, and business talent across our studio/internal venture teams. You will partner with hiring managers to drive strategies, pipelines, and an exceptional candidate experience. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for leadership and IC roles in a fast-moving startup/venture studio environment, navigating ambiguity and driving speed, quality, and data-driven decision making.
