We are interested in speaking with attorneys ranging from experienced Associates through Senior Attorneys, Counsel and Partner-level candidates across several sophisticated transactional, litigation, tax and private-client practices. These opportunities offer attorneys the ability to handle complex matters for a diverse client base that includes public and privately held companies, middle-market businesses, financial institutions and capital providers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Current Associate and Senior Attorney opportunities generally offer base salaries ranging from approximately $230,000 to $350,000.Certain associate positions may also provide significant discretionary performance-based bonuses, including additional compensation associated with hours billed and collected above established performance thresholds and credit for originated business. Partner and Counsel compensation is determined individually based on experience, practice profile, client relationships, business generation and other relevant considerations.
